International Coal Group calls all $5.88 million 10¼% notes due 2014

Knoxville, Tenn., June 15 - International Coal Group, Inc. said it will redeem in full its $5.88 million in outstanding 10¼% senior notes due 2014 at 105.125 plus interest to July 15, the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon (800 254-2826) is the trustee.

International Coal is a Scott Depot, W.Va.-based producer of coal.
