Massachusetts HEFA to redeem $321.05 million Children's Hospital bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., May 13 - The Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority said it will redeem all $321.05 million of its series G, H, J and K periodic auction rest securities revenue bonds for the Children's Hospital Corp.

There are $105.25 million in series G bonds outstanding; $80 million in series H bonds outstanding; $74.2 million in series J bonds outstanding and $30.8 million in series K bonds outstanding.

The series H bonds will be redeemed on May 28; the series G and K bonds will be redeemed on June 1. The series J bonds will be redeemed on June 7.

U.S. Bank NA (800 934-6802) is the trustee.

The authority is based in Boston. It provides financing to Massachusetts' nonprofit organizations to expand services, to update facilities and to employ citizens throughout the Commonwealth.
