Missouri Health & Education defeases, calls rest of SSM Health bonds

Milwaukee, May 12 - The Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri has defeased its remaining outstanding SSM Health Care series 1998A revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The defeased bonds will be redeemed on June 1 at par, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Affected are the following bonds:

• $8.68 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2010;

• $9.115 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2011;

• $9.575 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2012;

• $10.055 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2013;

• $12.955 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2018; and

• $7.045 million of 5% bonds due June 1, 2022.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
