Kansas Development calls all 1998C Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth health facilities bonds

Milwaukee, May 10 - The Kansas Development Finance Authority said it will redeem all $89.77 million of its outstanding series 1998C Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health Services Corp. health facilities revenue bonds.

The bonds will be redeemed on June 7 at par, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Affected are the following bonds:

• $3.43 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2010;

• $3.615 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2011;

• $3.805 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2012;

• $4.005 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2013;

• $4.205 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2014;

• $19.06 million of 5.125% bonds due Dec. 1, 2018; and

• $51.65 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2025.
