Health & Education, Mo., calls $198.95 million SSM Health Care bonds

Milwaukee, May 5 - The Health and Educational Facilities Authority of the State of Missouri gave notice that it will redeem $198.945 million of its SSM Health Care health facilities revenue bonds, series 2005A-2, 2005C-1, 2005D-1, 2005D-2 and 2005D-3.

The variable-rate bonds will be redeemed on May 13 at par, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are $54.6 million of 2005A-2 bonds due June 1, 2035; $53.4 million of 2005C-1 bonds due June 1, 2019; $42.1 million of 2005D-1 bonds due June 1, 2033; $42.1 million of 2005 D-2 bonds due June 1, 2033; and $6.745 million of 2005D-3 bonds due June 1, 2033.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
