Ferrellgas, subsidiary to redeem all $34.1 million 8¾% notes due 2012

Milwaukee, May 5 - Ferrellgas Partners, LP and its wholly owned subsidiary Ferrellgas Partners Finance Corp. will redeem all $34,103,000 outstanding principal amount of their 8¾% senior notes due 2012, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on June 15 at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Ferrellgas is an Overland Park, Kan.-based distributor and seller of propane and related equipment.
