Digital Realty Trust holders may exchange their 4.125% notes due 2026

Chicago, May 3 - Digital Realty Trust, LP holders may exchange their 4.125% exchangeable senior debentures due 2026, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are exchangeable if the stock closes by more than 130% of the exchange price for at least 20 out of 30 consecutive trading days. The exchange price as of March 31 was $31.84 per share.

The company's stock (NYSE: DLR) closed at $58.70 on April 30.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is trustee.

Digital Realty is a real estate investment trust based in San Francisco. Digital Realty Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation, is guarantor.
