By Marisa Wong

Milwaukee, April 19 - The Oklahoma City Industrial and Cultural Facilities Trust has rescinded a previous notice of and revised the planned partial redemption of its $73.495 million SSM Health Care variable-rate demand revenue bonds, series 1998B, due June 1, 2019.

The trust said it will redeem $1.2 million instead of $1.235 million of the bonds, according to a new notice.

The bonds will be redeemed on April 29 at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee for the bonds.
