Rutgers University, N.J., calls $5.22 million of 2002, 2009 G.O. bonds

Milwaukee, April 5 - Rutgers University gave notice that it will redeem on May 3 $3.8 million of its series 2002A general obligation bonds due 2018 and $1.42 million of its series 2009G G.O. bonds due 2039.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The university is based in New Brunswick, N.J.
