Pennsylvania Higher Education calls some 1997 student loan bonds

Milwaukee, March 26 - The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency gave notice that it will redeem some of its student loan auction rate securities at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The agency will redeem $200,000 of series 1997 taxable HH-6 bonds and $150,000 of series 1997 taxable JJ-9 bonds on April 12.

The following securities will be redeemed on April 13:

• $175,000 of series 1997 taxable LL-2 bonds;

• $150,000 of series 1997 taxable J-4 bonds;

• $100,000 of series 1997 taxable V-1 bonds; and

• $200,000 of series 1997 taxable GG-5 bonds.

The following securities will be redeemed on April 14:

• $150,000 of series 1997 taxable CC-2 bonds;

• $200,000 of series 1997 taxable LL-10 bonds; and

• $200,000 of series 1997 taxable HH-7 bonds.

The following will be redeemed on April 15:

• $200,000 of series 1997 taxable T-2 bonds;

• $200,000 of series 1997 taxable BB-2 bonds;

• $125,000 of series 1997 taxable JJ-10 bonds; and

• $125,000 of series 1997 tax-exempt Z-1 bonds.

The following will be redeemed April 16:

• $200,000 of series 1997 taxable Y-3 bonds;

• $200,000 of series 1997 taxable LL-7 bonds;

• $200,000 of series 1997 taxable EE-4 bonds;

• $300,000 of series 1997 taxable GG-3 bonds; and

• $200,000 of series 1997 taxable HH-8 bonds.
