Maryland Health calls $13 million of 2007 King Farm Presbyterian bonds

Milwaukee, March 26 - The Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority gave notice that it will redeem $13 million of its outstanding King Farm Presbyterian Retirement Community revenue bonds, series 2007B, due 2017 on April 15.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
