Polk County, Fla., school board calls series 1999A&B certificates

Milwaukee, March 24 - The School Board of Polk County, Fla., has called certain of its Master Lease Program certificates of participation, series 1999A and 1999B, for prepayment on April 27.

Affected are the following 1999A certificates:

• $180,000 of 4.3% bonds due Jan. 1, 2011;

• $190,000 of 4.4% bonds due Jan. 1, 2012;

• $195,000 of 4.5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2013;

• $3,095,000 of 4.6% bonds due Jan. 1, 2014;

• $3,245,000 of 4.625% bonds due Jan. 1, 2015;

• $3.3 million of 4.75% bonds due Jan. 1, 2016;

• $5 million of 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2018;

• $9.96 million of 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2020; and

• $24,465,000 of 5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2024.

Affected are the following 1999B certificates:

• $1,065,000 of 4.3% bonds due Jan. 1, 2011;

• $1.11 million of 4.4% bonds due Jan. 1, 2012;

• $1,165,000 of 4.5% bonds due Jan. 1, 2013;

• $1,215,000 of 4.6% bonds due Jan. 1, 2014; and

• $1.27 million of 4.625% bonds due Jan. 1, 2015.
