Philadelphia Gas calls portion of 7% 1990 series 12 revenue bonds

Milwaukee, March 19 - Philadelphia Gas gave notice that it will redeem $2,865,000 of its outstanding 7% revenue bonds 1990 series 12 due 2020 on May 15.

The bonds will be redeemed at par, with interest accrued up to the redemption date.
