North Carolina Education Assistance calls $30.3 million of 2006, 2008 student loan bonds

Milwaukee, March 19 - The North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority gave notice that it will redeem a portion of its tax-exempt student loan revenue and refunding bonds series 2006 Q-4 and 2008-2A1.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The authority will redeem $28.2 million of $55.05 million outstanding 2006 Q-4 bonds due July 1, 2036 on April 13 and $2.1 million of $139.7 million outstanding 2008-2A1 bonds due July 1, 2036 on March 23.
