Farmington, N.M., 2005 Southern California Edison pollution control bonds have mandatory tender

Milwaukee, March 17 - The City of Farmington, N.M., gave notice that all of its Southern California Edison Co. Four Corners Project pollution control refunding revenue bonds, series 2005A and series 2005B, are subject to a mandatory purchase on April 1.

Affected are $103.46 million of 2005A bonds and $100 million of 2005B bonds.

The bonds, which are due April 1, 2029, will be purchased at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
