Fannie Mae calls medium-term notes totaling $445 million at par

Milwaukee, March 15 - Fannie Mae announced that it will redeem $445 million of its medium-term notes.
Fannie Mae said in a news release that the redemption price will be the principal amount plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.
Affected are the following securities, all to be redeemed March 25:
• $10 million of 1% notes due Sept. 25, 2012;
• $25 million of 2.375% notes due March 25, 2013;
• $50 million of 2% notes due March 25, 2014;
• $40 million of 2.25% notes due March 25, 2014;
• $15 million of 2.48% notes due March 25, 2014;
• $30 million of 2.8% notes due March 25, 2016;
• $50 million of 4% notes due June 25, 2024;
• $85 million of 5% notes due June 25, 2024;
• $30 million of 5% notes due June 25, 2024; and
• $110 million of 5% notes due June 25, 2024.
