Los Angeles MTA series 2009A sales tax bonds have mandatory tender

Milwaukee, March 5 - The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority gave notice that its Proposition C sales tax senior revenue refunding bonds, series 2009-A1 and 2009-A2, have a mandatory tender for purchase on March 26.

The bonds will be purchased at par, plus accrued interest up to the purchase date.

The mandatory tender applies to $83.45 million of 2009-A1 bonds due July 1, 2023 and $83.45 million of 2009-A2 bonds due July 1, 2023.
