California calls $600 million 2008B economic recovery bonds due 2023

Milwaukee, March 1 - The State of California gave notice that it redeemed $600 million of its economic recovery bonds, series 2008B, on March 1.

The bonds were redeemed at par, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Affected were $100 million of 2008B-1 bonds due 2023 and $500 million of 2008B-2 bonds due 2023.
