Fannie Mae calls medium-term notes totaling $3 billion at par

Milwaukee, March 1 - Fannie Mae announced that it will redeem a total of about $3 billion of medium-term notes due 2011 to 2014 and due 2024.
Fannie Mae said in a news release that the redemption price will be the principal amount plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.
Affected are the following securities, all to be redeemed March 11:
• $2.5 billion of 2.09% notes due March 11, 2011;
• $65 million of 2.625% notes due Sept. 11, 2012;
• $40 million of 2.65% notes due Sept. 11, 2012;
• $100 million of 3% notes due March 11, 2013;
• $25 million of 4% notes due March 11, 2013;
• $75 million of 3.15% notes due March 11, 2014;
• $35 million of 4% notes due March 11, 2014;
• $30 million of 2.56% notes due Sept. 11, 2014;
• $15 million of 5.125% notes due March 11, 2024;
• $100 million of 4.51% notes due June 11, 2024; and
• $20 million of 5.1% notes due June 11, 2024.
