Panhandle Plains Higher Education, Texas, calls some of 2003A-1 bonds

Milwaukee, Feb. 24 - The Panhandle Plains Higher Education Authority of Texas gave notice that it will redeem $2.5 million of its $74.4 million outstanding student loan revenue bonds, taxable senior series 2003 A-1, on March 12.

The bonds, which are due 2035, will be redeemed at par, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.
