Miami Beach, Fla., to redeem some series 2000 water & sewer bonds

Milwaukee, Feb. 24 - The City of Miami Beach, Fla., gave notice that it has defeased and will redeem a portion of its water and sewer revenue bonds, series 2000, on Sept. 1, 2010.

The bonds will be redeemed at 101.

Affected are the following bonds:

• $2.41 million of 5.625% bonds due 2016;

• $2.55 million of 5.625% bonds due 2017;

• $2.69 million of 5.625% bonds due 2018;

• $2.84 million of 5.25% bonds due 2019;

• $2.99 million of 5.25% bonds due 2020; and

• $17.66 million of 5.75% bonds due 2025.
