Green Bay, Wis., to redeem $25.13 million of its G.O. refunding bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 18 - The Green Bay Area, Wis., Public School District said it will redeem $25.13 million of its $55.81 million in general obligation refunding bonds at par plus interest on April 1.

The district plans to redeem the following six series of bonds:

• $4.15 million of its 4.8% bonds due April 1, 2011;

• $370,000 of its 4.8% bonds due April 1, 2011;

• $4.74 million of its 4.9% bonds due April 1, 2012;

• $5 million of its 5.625% bonds due April 1, 2013;

• $5.3 million of its 5.625% bonds due April 1, 2014; and

• $5.58 million of its 5.125% bonds due April 1, 2015.

Associated Trust Co., NA is the registrar and fiscal agent for the bonds.
