Missouri's environmental authority refunds, calls two series of water pollution control bonds

Milwaukee, Feb. 17 - The State Environmental Improvement and Energy Resources Authority of Missouri gave notice that it has refunded and will redeem its water pollution control and drinking water revenue bonds, state revolving fund program, master trust, series 2002B and 2003A.

The refunded bonds will be redeemed on Jan. 1, 2013 at par, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Affected are the following 2002B bonds:

• $3.495 million of 5.5% bonds due 2013;

• $3.61 million of 5.5% bonds due 2014;

• $3.845 million of 5.5% bonds due 2015;

• $4.1 million of 5.5% bonds due 2016;

• $4.355 million of 5.5% bonds due 2017;

• $4.645 million of 5.5% bonds due 2018;

• $4.945 million of 5.5% bonds due 2019; and

• $18.055 million of 5% bonds due 2023.

Affected are the following 2003A bonds:

• $570,000 of 4% bonds due 2014;

• $965,000 of 5.25% bonds due 2015;

• $3.66 million of 5.25% bonds due 2016;

• $3.995 million of 5.25% bonds due 2017;

• $4.53 million of 5.25% bonds due 2018;

• $5.3 million of 5.125% bonds due 2019;

• $6.15 million of 5.125% bonds due 2020;

• $7.025 million of 5.125% bonds due 2021;

• $7.935 million of 5% bonds due 2022;

• $90,000 of 4.75% bonds due 2023;

• $8.36 million of 5% bonds due 2023; and

• $6.48 million of 5% bonds due 2024.
