Pennsylvania Higher Education Messiah College 2001 I3 bonds have mandatory tender for purchase

Milwaukee, Feb. 12 - The Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority gave notice that its Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania Financing Program Messiah College series 2001 I3 have a mandatory tender for purchase on March 1.

The purchase price will be par plus accrued interest up to the purchase date.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
