San Francisco Airport Commission calls some international airport second series revenue bonds

Milwaukee, Feb, 10 - The Airport Commission of the City and County of San Francisco gave notice that it will defease and redeem a portion of its San Francisco International Airport second series revenue bonds, issues 23A, 24A, 25 and 26A.

The bonds will be redeemed at 101, plus accrued interest up to the redemption date, with proceeds from the commission's sale of San Francisco International Airport second series variable-rate revenue refunding bonds, series 2010A.

Affected are the following issue 23A bonds: $4.15 million of 5.25% bonds due 2011, to be redeemed March 12, and $4.38 million of 5.25% bonds due 2012, to be redeemed March 12.

Affected are the following issue 24A bonds:

• $2.43 million of 6% bonds due 2011, to be redeemed May 1;

• $2.57 million of 5.75% bonds due 2012, to be redeemed May 1;

• $3.65 million of 5.5% bonds due 2018, to be redeemed May 1;

• $3.865 million of 5.5% bonds due 2019, to be redeemed May 1;

• $4.1 million of 5.75% bonds due 2020, to be redeemed May 1;

• $4.35 million of 5.75% bonds due 2021, to be redeemed May 1;

• $14.675 million of 5.5% bonds due 2024, to be redeemed May 1; and

• $38.275 million of 5.75% bonds due 2030, to be redeemed May 1.

Affected are the following issue 25 bonds:

• $2.735 million of 6% bonds due 2011, to be redeemed May 1;

• $2.895 million of 5.75% bonds due 2012, to be redeemed May 1;

• $4.11 million of 5.5% bonds due 2018, to be redeemed May 1;

• $4.355 million of 5.5% bonds due 2019, to be redeemed May 1;

• $4.615 million of 5.75% bonds due 2020, to be redeemed May 1;

• $4.895 million of 5.75% bonds due 2021, to be redeemed May 1;

• $16.515 million of 5.5% bonds due 2024, to be redeemed May 1; and

• $43.1 million of 5.75% bonds due 2030, to be redeemed May 1.

Affected are the following issue 26A bonds:

• $4.425 million of 5.25% bonds due 2022, to be redeemed May 1;

• $17.855 million of 5.25% bonds due 2026, to be redeemed May 1; and

• $22.545 million of 5.25% bonds due 2030, to be redeemed May 1.
