Piedmont Municipal Power, S.C., 2008E electric revenue refunding bonds have mandatory tender

Milwaukee, Feb. 8 - The Piedmont Municipal Power Agency of South Carolina gave notice that its electric revenue bonds, refunding series 2008E have a mandatory tender for purchase on Feb. 22.

The purchase price will be par, plus accrued interest up to the purchase date.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.
