Evergreen School District, Wash., to defease 1999, 2002 G.O. bonds

Milwaukee, Feb. 8 - The Evergreen School District No. 114 of Clark County, Wash., gave notice that it will defease a portion of its unlimited tax general obligation bonds, series 1999 and 2002.

The 1999 bonds will be redeemed at par on March 11. The 2002 bonds will be redeemed at par on June 1, 2012.

Affected are the following 1999 bonds:

• $10,000 of 4.4% bonds due Dec. 1, 2010;

• $10,000 of 4.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2011;

• $15,000 of 4.6% bonds due Dec. 1, 2012;

• $1.47 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2013;

• $1.27 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2014; and

• $1.145 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2015.

Affected are the following 2002 bonds:

• $5.79 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2014;

• $6.49 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2015;

• $7.235 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2016;

• $8.055 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2017; and

• $8.93 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2018.
