Los Angeles Water and Power 2001B revenue bonds have mandatory tender

Milwaukee, Feb. 5 - The Department of Water and Power of the City of Los Angeles gave notice that its water system variable-rate demand revenue bonds, 2001 series B, have a mandatory tender for purchase on Feb. 12.

The purchase price will be par, plus interest accrued up to the redemption date.

Affected are $87.5 million of subseries B-1 bonds, $87.5 million of subseries B-2 bonds and $50 million of subseries B-3 bonds.
