Central DuPage gets tenders for $3.9 million Illinois Health bonds

Milwaukee, Feb. 5 - Central DuPage Health received tenders for $3.9 million of the outstanding Central DuPage Health variable rate demand revenue bonds periodic auction reset securities issued by the Illinois Health Facilities Authority, subseries 2000A-1 and subseries 2000A-2.

Holders tendered their bonds at a price of 94% of par, for a total cost of $3,666,000.

According to Wells Fargo Bank, NA, the depositary for the offer, the $3.9 million of bonds were properly tendered and not withdrawn.

The offer expired at 5 p.m. ET on Thursday.

The tender is expected to settle on Feb. 8.
