Nexstar to redeem $12.5 million 11 3/8% senior notes due 2013 at par

Cleveland, Dec. 20 - Nexstar Finance LLC announced that it will redeem $12.5 million of its $71,821,000 of 11 3/8% senior notes due April 1, 2013.

The notes will be redeemed on Jan. 15 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the redemption agent.

Nexstar is an Irving, Texas-based television station operator.
