Kendall County Texas Health calls some Morningside Ministries bonds

Madison, Wis., Dec. 13 - Kendall County Texas Health Facilities Development Corp. said it will redeem $1.205 million of its Morningside Ministries Project series 2008 health -care revenue bonds due Jan. 1, 2041 on Jan. 3.

The variable-rate bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.

Morningside Ministries is a not-for-profit, faith-based organization specializing in senior assisted living and retirement communities in San Antonio.
