Seneca redeems $11.53 million of two note series at par on Wednesday

Chicago, Dec. 8 - Seneca Gaming Corp. planned to redeem its $9,658,000 of variable-rate notes due May 1, 2012 and its $1,873,000 of 7¼% senior notes due May 1, 2012 at par on Dec. 8.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the agent.

Seneca said on Nov. 19 that investors had tendered $488,469,000 of the 7¼% notes as of 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 17, which was the consent payment deadline in a tender offer and consent solicitation for the $500 million of notes.

Seneca Gaming is based in Niagara Falls, N.Y., and operates the Seneca Nation of Indians' gaming operations.
