Port Authority of New York, New Jersey calls portion of Continental, Eastern airlines bonds

Madison, Wis., Dec. 3 - The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said it redeemed $7.41 million of its special project bonds, series 2, Continental Airlines, Inc. and Eastern Airlines, Inc. Project, third installment, on Dec. 1.

The bonds were redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

After the redemption date, $94.775 million of the third installment remains outstanding.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
