Massachusetts Turnpike to redeem $18.37 million 1997 series A bonds

Cleveland, Dec. 2 - The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority announced that it will redeem $18,365,000 of its outstanding $127,365,000 5.55% 1997 series A western turnpike revenue bonds due Jan. 1, 2017.

The bonds will be redeemed on Jan. 1 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the redemption agent.
