Delaware Health to redeem $1.3 million series 2005 bonds due 2035

Cleveland, Dec. 2 - The Delaware Health Facilities Authority said it will redeem $1,295,000 of its outstanding $45.27 million variable-rate series 2005 revenue bonds due Jan. 1, 2035.

The bonds will be redeemed on Jan. 1 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Bank of New York Mellon is the redemption agent.

Based in Wilmington, Del., the Delaware Health Facilities Authority provides financing for health care facilities.
