Wisconsin HEFA to redeem portion of Aurora Health Care 1999A bonds

Madison, Wis., Nov. 29 - The Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority said it will redeem a portion of its outstanding Aurora Health Care, Inc. revenue bonds, series 1999A, on Dec. 27.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• All $2.17 million of 5.375% bonds due Feb. 15, 2015;

• $260,000 of $6.75 million 5.5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2020; and

• $5.5 million of $141.08 million 5.6% bonds due Feb. 15, 2029.

Based in Milwaukee, the authority provides funding for health care and educational projects. Aurora Health is also based in Milwaukee and operates 14 acute care hospitals, one psychiatric hospital and physician clinics.
