California Infrastructure's California Academy of Sciences bonds have mandatory tender

Madison, Wis., Nov. 10 - The California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank said its $60.01 million of outstanding California Academy of Sciences variable-rate demand revenue bonds, series 2008B, are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on Nov. 24.

The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest to the tender date.

The mandatory tender is the result of an alternate credit facility taking effect on Nov. 24.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

The California Academy of Sciences is located in San Francisco.
