Ryerson to redeem all $2,000 of its 3.5% convertibles due 2024

Cleveland, Nov. 9 - Ryerson Tull announced that it will redeem its outstanding $2,000 3.5% convertible senior notes due Nov. 1, 2024.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 30 at par.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co, NA is the redemption agent.

Ryerson Tull, now know as Ryerson Inc., is a Chicago-based metals processor and distributor.
