Connecticut to redeem $150 million series C 1-7 G.O. bonds in full

Madison, Wis., Nov. 3 - The State of Connecticut said it will redeem its $150 million of outstanding series C 1-7 general obligation bonds in full on Dec. 15.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $6.845 million of 4.7% bonds due Dec. 15, 2011;

• $18.155 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 15, 2011;

• $7.52 million of 4.8% bonds due Dec. 15, 2012;

• $17.48 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 15, 2012;

• $6.835 million of 4.9% bonds due Dec. 15, 2013;

• $18.165 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 15, 2013;

• $9.34 million of 4.9% bonds due Dec. 15, 2014;

• $15.66 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 15, 2014;

• $25 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 15, 2015; and

• $25 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 15, 2016.
