Houston calls all 2000B water, sewer system junior-lien bonds

Madison, Wis., Nov. 1 - The City of Houston said it will redeem its $247.16 million of outstanding water and sewer system junior-lien revenue refunding bonds, series 2000B, in full on Dec. 1.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $2.64 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2011;

• $2.705 million of 5.1% bonds due Dec. 1, 2012;

• $2.78 million of 5.125% bonds due Dec. 1, 2013;

• $4.155 million of 5.75% bonds due Dec. 1, 2014;

• $4.32 million of 5.75% bonds due Dec. 1, 2015;

• $4.545 million of 5.75% bonds due Dec. 1, 2016;

• $2.235 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2017;

• $2.795 million of 5.4% bonds due Dec. 1, 2018;

• $8.435 million of 5.5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2019;

• $14.51 million of 6% bonds due Dec. 1, 2020;

• $48.585 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2023;

• $139.455 million of 5.25% bonds due Dec. 1, 2030; and

• $10 million of 5.75% bonds due Dec. 1, 2030.
