New York City Health & Hospitals to redeem 1999A health bonds at par

Madison, Wis., Oct. 27 - New York City Health and Hospitals Corp. said it will redeem all of its outstanding 1999 series A health system bonds on Nov. 26.

The bonds will be redeemed at par.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $1.555 million of bonds due 2011;

• $1.625 million of bonds due 2012;

• $1.7 million of bonds due 2013;

• $23.8 million of bonds due 2014;

• $79.07 million of bonds due 2017; and

• $91.965 million of bonds due 2020.

Manufacturers and Traders Trust Co. is the trustee.

The New York municipal health care organization provides medical, mental health and substance abuse services through its acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, diagnostic and treatment centers and community-based clinics.
