California authority to redeem $164.86 million in solid waste bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 14 - The California Pollution Control Financing Authority said it will redeem $144.21 million in series 2010A (AMT) solid waste refunding revenue bonds and $20.66 million of its series 2010B (non-AMT) solid waste refunding revenue bonds at par plus interest to Nov. 1, the redemption date.

The 2010A bonds have a 1.3% coupon and mature Aug. 1, 2023. The 2010B bonds have a 1% coupon and mature Aug. 1, 2024. Both bonds were issued for the Republic Services, Inc. Project.

The Bank of New York Mellon (800 254-2826) is the trustee.
