University of Connecticut calls all 2000A student fee revenue bonds

Madison, Wis., Oct. 5 - The University of Connecticut said it will redeem its 2000 series A special obligation student fee revenue bonds in full on Nov. 15.

The bonds will be redeemed at 101 plus interest accrued to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $2.2 million of 5.375% notes due Nov. 15, 2011;

• $2.32 million of 5.4% notes due Nov. 15, 2012;

• $2.45 million of 5.5% notes due Nov. 15, 2013;

• $2.6 million of 6% notes due Nov. 15, 2014;

• $2.76 million of 6% notes due Nov. 15, 2015;

• $2.93 million of 6% notes due Nov. 15, 2016;

• $800,000 of 5.75% notes due Nov. 15, 2017;

• $2.31 million of 6% notes due Nov. 15, 2017;

• $3.295 million of 5.75% notes due Nov. 15, 2018;

• $3.49 million of 5.75% notes due Nov. 15, 2019;

• $3.7 million of 5.75% notes due Nov. 15, 2020;

• $3.92 million of 6% notes due Nov. 15, 2021;

• $18.265 million of 6% notes due Nov. 15, 2025; and

• $23.105 million of 5.75% notes due Nov. 15, 2029.
