Jefferson County, Texas, defeases $91.61 million Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas bonds

Madison, Wis., Oct. 5 - The Jefferson County Health Facilities Development Corp. of Texas gave notice that it defeased its Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas FHA-insured mortgage revenue bonds, series 2001.

The defeased bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 15, 2011.

Defeased are the following bonds:

• $20.245 million of 5.2% bonds due Aug. 15, 2021;

• $30 million of 5.4% bonds due Aug. 15, 2031; and

• $41.365 million of 5.5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2041.

Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
