Private Colleges, Ga., to redeem $95.7 million Emory University bonds

Madison, Wis., Oct. 4 - The Private Colleges and Universities Authority of Georgia said it will redeem its outstanding series 2000A Emory University revenue bonds, totaling $95.705 million, in full on Nov. 1.

The bonds will be redeemed at 101 plus accrued interest up to the redemption date.

To be redeemed are the following bonds:

• $1.51 million of 5.25% bonds due Nov. 1, 2014;

• $1.725 million of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 1, 2014;

• $855,000 of 5.3% bonds due Nov. 1, 2015;

• $2.57 million of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 1, 2015;

• $375,000 of 5.375% bonds due Nov. 1, 2016;

• $3.245 million of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 1, 2016;

• $3.705 million of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 1, 2017;

• $3.705 million of 5.75% bonds due Nov. 1, 2018;

• $4.145 million of 5.5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2019;

• $4.375 million of 5.5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2020;

• $19.47 million of 5.5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2024;

• $34.565 million of 5.625% bonds due Nov. 1, 2030; and

• $15.46 million of 5.5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2033.
