New Jersey Sports Authority calls 1992A, 2000A, 2007 B1, B2, B3 bonds

Milwaukee, Jan. 29 - The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority gave notice that it will redeem some of its state contract bonds, 1992 series A, 2000 series A and 2007 subseries B-1, B-2 and B-3, on March 1.

The bonds will be redeemed at par, plus interest accrued up to the redemption date.

The authority will redeem $1.145 million of its $5.045 million outstanding variable-rate 1992 A bonds due 2013 and $1.375 million of its $6.065 million outstanding 6.5% 1992 A bonds due 2013.

Affected are the following 2000 A bonds:

• $1.51 million of 6% bonds due 2014;

• $3.56 million of variable-rate bonds due 2014;

• $2.485 million of 6% bonds due 2015;

• $3.995 million of variable-rate bonds due 2015;

• $2.65 million of 5.75% bonds due 2016;

• $4.22 million of variable-rate bonds due 2016;

• $2.815 million of 5.75% bonds due 2017;

• $4.455 million of variable-rate bonds due 2017;

• $2.96 million of 5.75% bonds due 2018;

• $4.72 million of variable-rate bonds due 2018;

• $3.135 million of 5.5% bonds due 2019;

• $4.995 million of variable-rate bonds due 2019;

• $3.31 million of 5.5% bonds due 2020; and

• $5.265 million of variable-rate bonds due 2020.

Affected are the following 2007 bonds:

• $4.15 million of $57.8 million outstanding 5.976% 2007 B 1 bonds due 2024;

• $4.075 million of $57.55 million outstanding 5.976% 2007 B 2 bonds due 2024; and

• $4.075 million of $57.625 million outstanding 5.976% 2007 B 3 bonds due 2024.
