Bay Area Toll Authority, Calif., announces mandatory tender for 2006 series C toll bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 8 - The Bay Area Toll Authority of California said its 2006 series C San Francisco Bay Area toll bridge revenue bonds due April 1, 2045 will be repurchased on Feb. 4.

The company will pay par plus interest in this mandatory tender. There will be no premium.

Union Bank, NA is the trustee.
