California Infrastructure to buy $308.55 million in series 2008 Pacific Gas & Electric bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 31 - California Infrastructure & Economic Development Bank said it will repurchase in lieu of redemption $308.55 million of series 2008 refunding revenue bonds issued for Pacific Gas & Electric Co.

The purchase date is Sept. 1.

The affected bonds include $74.275 million of the series 2008A bonds, $74.275 million of the series 2008B bonds, $80 million of the series 2008C bonds and $80 million of the series 2008D bonds.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. is the trustee.

Pacific Gas & Electric is based in San Francisco.
