Cinemark calls remaining 9¾% discount notes for Sept. 6 redemption

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 7 - Cinemark Holdings, Inc. will redeem its 9¾% senior discount notes on Sept. 6, according to its 10-Q report for the second quarter filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will pay 104.875 plus accrued interest for the notes.

The principal amount at maturity currently outstanding is $16.9 million.

Cinemark is a motion picture exhibitor based in Plano, Texas.
