Alliant's 2.75% convertibles holders may put notes through Aug. 14

New York, July 31 - Alliant Techsystems Inc. announced that holders may now surrender their 2.75% convertible senior subordinated notes due Feb. 15, 2024 for repurchase until 11:59 p.m. ET on Aug. 14.

Thus far, the company has received puts for $35,000 of the notes.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee and paying agent.

Alliant is an Edina, Minn.-based supplier of aerospace and defense products.
